A good felt hat outlives most of what's in your closet — if you don't abuse it.
Pick it up front and back by the brim, not by pinching the crown. Pinching is what wears a hole in the crease.
On its crown, on a flat surface, or on a hat rack. Never sitting on its brim — the brim will flatten out.
Caught in the rain? Set it crown-down at room temperature and leave it. Heat will shrink the felt for good.
Soft brush, counter-clockwise, light pressure. For anything worse than dust, send it back to us for a cleaning.
