The Flagship
The full custom build, live. Guests choose a felt body and color, get properly measured, then decide the crown crease, the brim shape and the trim. It gets steamed, blocked, shaped and finished in front of them.
This is the one people photograph. It runs about 10–15 finished hats an hour per station, so for bigger crowds we add stations and hands.
Bar 02
Built for Volume
Same energy, quicker turn. A wall of blanks in a dozen colorways, a table full of patches, pins and iron-ons, and guests putting their own together in a couple of minutes flat.
The right call when the head count is high, the timeline is tight, or the bar's already three deep. Pairs naturally with the chainstitch bar for live names and dates.
Bar 03
Thread & Crank
A hand-cranked chainstitch machine, a wall of thread, and a whole lot of requests. Names, dates, initials, logos and one-liners stitched live — no digitizing, no machine file, just a steady hand.
Runs solo as its own activation, or bolts onto either hat bar so every piece leaves personalized. Guests can bring their own denim, jackets and totes to get hit.
